1. About these terms

intwave is run by Pyriox, a sole proprietorship of Piyush Katole. By signing in or paying you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Questions: intwave.in@gmail.com.

2. What intwave does

intwave uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to write an interview preparation guide from your resume and a job description: likely questions, model answers, a preparation plan and practice material.

• Guides are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check facts before you rely on them, especially anything about a company, its hiring process, laws or numbers.
• A guide helps you prepare. It doesn't guarantee an interview, a job offer or any result.
• intwave is not affiliated with any employer named in a guide or on this site.

3. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure: anything done while you're signed in is treated as done by you.
• An account is for one person. You must be 18 or over.
• We may block an account that breaks these terms, for example by abusing the service or a payment. A blocked account can't sign in; we will tell you why if you write to us.

4. What you upload

• Your resume and the job description stay yours. You allow us to use them, including sending them to our AI provider, only to write and show your guides.
• Upload only material you have the right to use. Don't upload someone else's resume or personal data without their permission.
• Don't upload anything unlawful, or anything meant to make the service do something other than write your guide.

5. Your guides

Guides are written for your own interview preparation. You may keep, print and use them yourself. Don't resell them, publish them as a product, or use the service to produce guides for others commercially.

6. Prices, autopay and credits

All prices are in Indian rupees. The price is always shown before you pay.

• Writing starts only with autopay. When you authorise autopay (UPI AutoPay or a card mandate, through Razorpay), you pay ₹29 for a 7-day trial, which writes the Introduction and Chapters 1–2 of one guide.
• When the trial ends, the monthly plan you chose is charged automatically, then once a month: ₹199 a month for 1 guide credit; ₹499 a month for 3 guide credits; ₹799 a month for 5 guide credits; ₹1,499 a month for 10 guide credits; ₹2,799 a month for 20 guide credits. Razorpay notifies you before each charge.
• Each monthly charge adds that plan's guide credits. A credit writes one complete guide, or unlocks the rest of your trial guide. Credits you have don't expire while you have an account; monthly credits are used before credits you bought.
• While autopay is active you can buy more credits as one-time packs: 1 credit for ₹199; 3 credits for ₹499; 5 credits for ₹799; 10 credits for ₹1,499.
• If we change a plan's price, you keep the price you subscribed at; new prices apply only to new subscriptions.
• If a monthly charge fails, Razorpay retries it. Until it succeeds you can't start new guides or buy credits, but the guides you have stay readable.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel autopay at any time from the Billing page. After cancelling nothing more is charged; a month you have already paid for runs to its end, and cancelling during the trial stops the first monthly charge. Your guides stay readable. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Fair use

• Don't scrape the site, automate sign-ups or guide requests, or try to get around payments or limits.
• Don't try to break, overload or gain access to parts of the service that aren't yours.
• We limit how many guides can be requested per hour and per day to keep the service working for everyone.

9. Changes and availability

We improve intwave over time and may change or stop features. We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and, for paid subscribers, tell you by email before the change applies.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about intwave is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job opportunity. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; we will try to resolve any problem. If we can't, the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
