Cancelling autopay
- Cancel any time from the Billing page. No more charges are made after you cancel.
- A month you have already paid for runs to its end, and its credits stay yours. We don't refund part of a month.
- Cancelling during the trial stops the first monthly charge.
- Guides you already have stay readable after you cancel.
If a guide can't be written
- The trial (₹29) pays for writing the Introduction and Chapters 1–2 of one guide. If that fails, you get one free retry. If the retry fails too, we review it and refund the trial.
- A guide written with a credit: if it fails, the credit goes back to your balance at once, and you can retry whenever you like.
When we refund
- A charge made twice for the same thing, or a charge made after you had cancelled: refunded in full.
- The trial, when its chapters couldn't be written (above): refunded in full.
- Credits you bought and haven't used: refunded on request within 7 days of buying them.
- A monthly charge whose credits you haven't used: refunded on request within 7 days of the charge, if you also cancel autopay.
- Credits already used to write a guide aren't refunded, because the guide has been written for you.
How to ask for a refund
Write to intwave.in@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, and include the date and amount of the charge (or the Razorpay payment id from your receipt). We reply by email.
Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the account or card you paid from. Banks usually show them within 5–7 working days of the refund; we send you the refund reference so you can follow it up with your bank.
